Manufacturing of a Louis XV armchair

Our Assize shop offers a Louis XV armchair of high quality, to make them we have selected a small factory on a human scale in Egypt. We work with her directly to offer you the best price.

The seats and armrests are padded with foam and natural materials such as cotton and straw, they are supported by cotton straps and flat springs. The gilding are made of gilded copper sheets, imitating perfectly the gold leaf. Because it is obviously impossible to sell for a few euros gilded armchairs in 24 carat gold.
