The current clay resources come from the area close to the Museum to terra cotta with Xian in China. After extraction clay is let rest two weeks in warehouses.

The clay paste is prepared and mixed, the parts are initially misent out of mould for their form, contours and the smoothing of the warriors are carried out by artists with the hand so that each face and folds different, passed to the room of drying, the models dry approximately 2 weeks.

The statues of Xian's army soldiers were then placed for five days in ovens. The statues of the Chinese warriors then pass to the last stage of coloring and finishing.

Our models, although very solid, but they are not weatherproof, we advise you to expose them inside.
